Pleasant Valley Golf & Country Club is situated on the north side of Pattaya in the direction of Bangkok and is another Pattaya golf course which is well paced for those who wish to play on arrival or to have a final round before boarding their plane..

It’s a very rural area on the edge of Khao Kheow National Park which affords excellent views as you make your way around the course.

The conditioning of the course is not consistent, and it suffers in the dry season and is probably best avoided at that time. The course was designed by GolfEast and it is one of the more difficult Pattaya Golf Courses and several holes are lined by natural ponds and some that cross the fairways and mishit shots will often end up in a watery grave.

The par-5 12th hole is particularly challenging, and many golfers will struggle to reach the fairway. The 18^th, although measuring only 360 yards, is a dogleg and you need to be accurate off the tee and negotiate the water just in front of you – better golfers can take the direct route which will set themselves up for a potential birdie.

The course is pretty flat if you prefer to walk as there are not too many natural elevation changes and you just have to negotiate the gentle slopes made by the designer.

The clubhouse facilities are outdated and the standard of the food in the restaurant is average at best.

Wornout course in horrible condition. Played in July 2019, would not recommend to anyone. Save your money and play somewhere else.

The course is the worst course i have played during my entire 34years of playing golf.

The course is in very poor condition, everything is worn out, restaurant so bad I do not dare to eat anything. Its like playing on somebody's back yard.

We play on Sunday afternoon. Pleasant course but very crowded. Luckily they arranged us to start by back nine. Overall good.

"Good condition - nice course"

I played here with a group of friends – excellent course layout and fairways in good shape. Greens were a bit slow but at least consistent. Great setup and excellent day of golf. Good clubhouse, locker rooms and the restaurant was efficient and the staff polite. Caddies were a great help and we had good fun with them.

"Attractive looking course"

Played with some golfing buddies in February 2016 and this very scenic course. The course was in excellent condition and no complaint about the fairways and greens. The course is quite tight in places with plenty of water hazards on the inward nine. Clubhouse and locker rooms were good. Overall great value for money.
